- Rescheduling of an appointment is permitted only once.
- If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, refund decision will be at the sole discretion of Wisdom Science depending on circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Once the consultation or service has been successfully completed
- If the user fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice
- If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the user
- For dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, as results may vary
4. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Payment made but service not scheduled or delivered
- Cancellation made as per the policy terms mentioned above
All such requests will be reviewed before approval.

- Approved refunds will be initiated through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- The processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
